About Us
YYC Growers and Distributors is a farmer owned Cooperative made up of Urban, Rural and Micro producers in and around Calgary, Alberta. We aim to empower our farmers by paying them a fair price for the fruits of their labour. By empowering our farmers, we are able to ensure stewardship of the land and the production of high quality produce. Our vision is to put local food on the plates of all Calgarians and contribute to building a strong, healthy food economy in YYC.
