We can't wait to put the finishing touches on our Cheese, Chocolate & Wine Pairing class & make it available to you!

This project was a labour of love from Dawn Kay (Early Dawn Farm) and Paul Martzoukos (Certified Sommelier). They will walk you through what defines artisanal cheese & chocolate, where to find these items locally, how to setup a pairing plate, and of course, how to get those flavours dancing on your taste buds!
